CAN WE ALL JUST TAKE A MOMENT AND PICTURE THIS CHIPPY PAINT BEAUTY IN OUR HOMES?  This is just the right size for an entryway table, a buffet, a tv stand, a dresser, or make it into a bathroom vanity.  Adding a piece to your home with a crackled paint finish is a perfect way to take your eclectic style to the next level.  Consider a vintage door flipped sideways and used as a headboard.  I say leave all the vintage hardware on, bolt it to the wall, and bam! 10 minutes later and your bedroom has a whole different look.  This door is for sale in our shop for $59.00.  I've said it before, your best bet is always an antique store to find the right piece at the right price.  This vintage, chippy paint window is perfect for family photos! Vintage Suitcase Table? Let's Do This

Believe it or not you absolutely can build a vintage suitcase side table, or repurpose an old, flat top trunk for a table for under $30.00.  But before we get into how to do this on the cheap, let's all get our golf clap going for anyone who has the spare money for this.. .. Original price $450.00?!?!  It's beautiful. It's calling my name. It's also a utility bill or car payment or a huge grocery shopping trip that needed to happen. Ugh.  I found these in several booths at Roadhouse Antiques.  This would be a small side table. But it's already painted and distressed for $5.75. These are kinds of deals you can find in antique stores.  So you decide to go for it. Collectables

What do you collect? I love roosters, clocks, and costume jewelry ( not to wear, just to ooh and ah over).  Oohhh ahhhhh My father-in-law collects old toys, but not just any old toy. It has to be tractors, like the these.  What about train memorabilia? Or anything train related? Or match books? Vintage bottles We even have US Postal collectables It seems everytime I walk in the store there's something new.

It's a Sign

Reclaimed, repurposed, salvaged barn wood, vintage.  It's all the rage right now. Adding a sign or something with a saying on it, especially a vintage one, to a room can be the finishing touch.  Some are welcoming or inspirational. Some you have to have because back in the day, women needed reminders to buy lard and borax. Really?? Yes.  Or because someone loved their baking soda enough to stitch the logo. This is perfect for a laundry room, and hilarious because your family expects this.  Adding a vintage sign is really like owning a piece of art. Think about how many actually survived, and what a reproduction would cost.  And some are made to look old that are funny or just cute.
